This week we were all deeply moved by the massive shooting that took place at the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.
As a community of faith, we are called to support the families and friends of those who died with our prayers. Therefore, on the three Sunday services on May 29th, we’ll be having a special moment of prayer asking God for love and peace amid the pain of gun violence.
We invite you to come to any of the services (8:30 am, 10:30 am, or 12:30 pm) and join our intercession prayer so that God may bless us with His mercy and help in this time of pain.
“O God, you have bound us together in common life. Help us, in the midst of our struggles for justice and truth, to confront one another without hatred or bitterness, and to live together with mutual forbearance and respect; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.”
Esta semana todos son sentimos profundamente conmovidos por el tiroteo masivo en la Escuela Primaria Robb en Uvalde, Texas.
Como comunidad de fe estamos llamados a apoyar a las familias y amigos de aquellos que fallecieron, uniendonos en oración.Es por esto que, en los tres servicios dominicales del 29 de mayo, tendremos un momento especial de oración pidiendo a Dios amor y paz en medio del dolor de la violencia armada.
Te invitamos a venir a nuestro servicio de las 12:30 p.m. o a cualquiera de los servicios, y unirte a nuestra oración de intercesión para que Dios nos bendiga con su misericordia y ayuda en este momento de dolor. “Oh Dios, nos has unido en una vida común. Ayúdanos, en medio de nuestras luchas por la justicia y la verdad, a enfrentarnos sin odio ni amargura, ya vivir juntos con tolerancia y respeto mutuos; través de Jesucristo nuestro Señor. Amén."
