Reaching out to Coral Springs's underprivileged youth starts next week, June 21!
Summer leaves many with food insecurities as well as a need to keep our kids meaningfully engaged and safe.
The Episcopal Church of St. Mary Magdalene and St. Martin stand willing and able to help!
We have partnered with the Coral Springs Police Department to provide snacks and take-home boxes for their Summer Youth Camp. Additionally, (and this is where you come in), we want to develop positive relationships with the youth.
Where: Coral Springs Middle School; 10300 W. Wiles Road
Dates & Times: June 21-July 28: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Children ages 7-12 (capped at 100) arrive between 8:30 and 9:00, with activities starting at 9:15.
All activities are fully supervised by Coral Springs Police Officers and teen volunteers.
Our volunteers may attend at any time throughout the day.
There are TWO ways you can volunteer.
Please feel free to invite a friend or neighbor to help!
