As I Look Inward
As I look inward, am I willing to know who I am?
Lord help me to see your Divine Light.
As I look inward, do I fear my transgressions?
Lord, give me strength to see and turn from my sins.
As I look inward do I see worry that I do not measure up?
Lord, strengthen my conviction that you will equip me for whatever you put before me on my journey.
As I look inward, am I critical of myself and others?
Lord, guide and strengthen me to be forgiving.
As I look inward do I see doubt?
Lord, strengthen my convictions to lead a life pleasing to you.
As I look inward do I see your direction?
Lord, show me your path for my life.
As I look inward do I see your love?
Lord, show me your way of love and guide all my actions by love.
